Two Sheds

This redevelopment project enlarges, encloses two existing hay sheds. The purpose is to provide a versatile multi purpose exhibition space to showcase the history and importance of the timber, dairy, and horse-drawn vehicle industries in the development of Wairarapa. It will also provide an ideal indoor venue for weddings, conferences, meetings, workshops and other celebrations and events.  Construction is currently underway complete with a fit out to a professional museum standard to follow. Fundraising continues and donations are welcome, (see below).

A donation towards the TWO SHEDS fit out ensures we can provide excellent professional museum standard facilities.  It will alse enable us to provide  the community with a modern venue with the technology, equipment and interior design suitable for indoor, multi purpose events.

Donations over $5.00 may be eligible for a tax credit. Donations over $250 will be displayed on a Donor wall. If you wish your donation to be anonymous please email us and let us know.
